As CEO of a company which had just bought over a business in Paris with 400 employees in 2011 during challenging economic times, it was important to me that I deliver the necessary introductory speech to the employees, management and trade unions in Paris. The only problem was that I could not speak French.
 

I contacted Barbara-Ann, briefed her on my requirements, highlighting the sensitive content of the speech, given the context in which the speech would be delivered. Where necessary, Barbara-Ann made welcome tweaks to the wording of the speech. She taught me how to pronounce the words and ways for my speech to be more effective in communicating our company’s message.
 

Barbara-Ann’s knowledge of the French language, the French culture and how business is done in France, along with her patience, dedication, encouragement, technology, teaching methods and professionalism made it possible for me to face 400 native French speakers after just a few hours of tuition to deliver a very important message to our newest employees.
